Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Active Oklahoma Special Education license.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage compliance.
• Knowledge of RTI and state testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop innovative special education services to meet diverse student needs and ensure quality of education and compliance.
• Lead the special education team and provide training to staff and administrators.
• Maintain compliance with state laws and Department of Education guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with agencies; manage contracts and services in coordination with supervisor.
• Support testing accommodations planning and accurate data reporting for state/district testing.
