Job summary

Fullmind seeks a Special Education Case Manager to serve as Teacher of Record for students with IEPs in its Homeschool Extension. The role focuses on guiding families through the special education process, selecting appropriate curricula, resources, accommodations, and services to meet each student’s needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with Minnesota standards and assessment/compliance expectations.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Draft, complete, and finalize IEPs in alignment with Minnesota requirements and timelines.
• Schedule and facilitate IEP team meetings, annual reviews, and evaluation meetings.
• Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation including parent input and meeting records.
• Write clear, compliant documentation for each stage of the special education process.
• Partner with Minnesota special education partner for feedback and approval of IEPs and related docs.
• Complete progress monitoring on IEP goals and share progress reports with families.
