Qualifications

• Must hold valid State of Delaware certification as Secondary Science and Teacher of Exceptional Children K-12.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Must be able to teach/serve students remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student assessments.
• Design and deliver specially designed instruction aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.

Skills

Knowledge and skills in working with students with disabilities

Ability to establish effective relationships

Proficiency in technology (Microsoft and Google Applications)

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree preferred
