PNC is seeking a Special Assets Consultant to manage challenged loan portfolios and develop workout strategies in a Midland-based role with potential for select remote work. You will analyze financial data, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external partners to minimize losses while safeguarding collateral.

The role requires reviewing financial statements, performing site inspections, and mentoring teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Asset management and financial analysis experience.
• Ability to evaluate cash flows, balance sheets and business plans.
• Experience negotiating workouts and mitigating risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage special serviced loans or portfolios of mid-to-high complexity.
• Gather financial data, prepare analyses and develop workout strategies.
• Negotiate workout options with customers to reduce risk and losses.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners and counsel to secure collateral.
• Mentor peers and conduct team training as needed.
