Job summary

PNC is seeking a Special Assets Consultant within the Midland organization. This role may be eligible for remote work in select locations; occasional in-office participation may be required. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities include managing special serviced loans, performing transaction analyses, and developing workout strategies to minimize losses. Collaboration with internal/external partners and mentorship to peers are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of asset management experience.
• Experience in credit analysis and portfolio management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manages mid-to-high complexity loan portfolios and analyzes transactions to minimize losses.
• Gathers financial data, prepares analysis, and develops workout strategies.
• Negotiates options with customers and coordinates with partners to secure collateral.
• Evaluates cash flow, balance sheets, and plans; conducts site inspections.
• Mentors peers and may train team members.
