Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages special serviced loans and portfolios of mid to high complexity and analyzes transactions to minimize losses and optimize resolutions.
• Gathers financial data, prepares analyses and develops workout strategies and alternatives for a portfolio.
• Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses and coordinates with internal/external partners.
• Evaluates cash flow, balance sheets and business plans to assess asset value and risk.
• Mentors peers and may train team members as needed.
