Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages special serviced loans and portfolios of mid- to high-complexity borrowers.
• Gathers financial data, analyzes cash flow and balance sheets, and develops workout options.
• Negotiates workout strategies with borrowers and coordinates with internal/external partners to mitigate risk.
• Mentors peers and contributes to team training as needed.
