Job summary

PNC is seeking a Special Assets Consultant within the Midland footprint. The role supports loan portfolios, analyzes financial data, and develops workout strategies to minimize losses.

Remote work may be possible in select locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required. The candidate will gather data, review documents, and negotiate options with customers, while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure collateral protection and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• University/college degree required; specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages special serviced loans and/ or portfolios of customers of mid to high complexity and performs transaction analysis.
• Gathers financial data, prepares analysis and develops workout strategy and alternatives for a portfolio.
• Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses; coordinates with partners and borrowers to secure collateral.
• Evaluates asset or customer cash flow and financial information; conducts site inspections for properties managed by special assets.
• Mentors peers and may conduct team training.
