Job summary

Covera Health, on the Medmo team, is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to guide patients through MRI/CT scheduling and connect them with imaging centers. This remote role spans the U.S. with NYC office collaboration, requiring Spanish fluency and a compassionate, efficient approach.

You will coordinate with providers, answer questions, and remove barriers to care while growing expertise in Covera Health/Medmo workflows. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency (written and spoken) required.
• Healthcare, clinical, patient scheduling, or related industry experience.
• 1+ years in a call center, customer support, patient services, or other high-volume customer-facing role.
• College degree or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process from referral to appointment.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and imaging centers for timely access to high-quality imaging.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and remove barriers to care.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals with high-quality, empathetic service.
• Become an expert in Covera Health/Medmo products, workflows, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and share insights with leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
