Job summary

Gaggle is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide weekly 45-minute teletherapy sessions to K-12 students and staff on a contract basis. This role is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling and no out-of-pocket costs for clients.

Candidates must hold an independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent) and be able to provide therapy in Spanish; tech-savvy with malpractice coverage; preferred 2+ years of counseling and dual state certification.

Qualifications

• Independent license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or similar).
• Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish.
• Strong technology skills.
• 2+ years of counseling experience (preferred).
• Dual state certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health.
• 90% clinical / 10% admin.
