Job summary

Everise is seeking a customer service professional to answer inbound calls from members about their healthcare benefits. You will gather information, provide accurate answers, and navigate multiple systems to resolve inquiries, prioritizing one-call resolutions where possible.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, English proficiency for Spanish–English bilinguals, and a reliable home setup. This is a work-from-home role with weekends/evenings and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish bilinguals must be proficient in English.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Dedicated area to work from in your home.
• Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download and 10 Mb/s for upload.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence concerning treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services.
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls for members' healthcare benefits.
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers on products and services.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests.
• Meet one-call resolution or escalate as needed.
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
• Balance policy and client benefit when making decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes impacting customers.
