Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy seeks Digital Adjunct Instructional Staff to deliver content remotely, adapt instruction through ILP, and foster student motivation and learning in a flexible reserve position.

Responsibilities include live weekly sessions, tracking progress, communicating with families, and using Canvas/Zoom with MS Office tools to support digital learning. Positions are part-time and compensated per assigned workload.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Post Bachelors in Education from an accredited college.
• AZ State Teaching Certificate required; endorsements may be needed depending on the area of instruction.
• Professional verification of DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience delivering instruction to diverse learners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction in a specific content area and adapts curriculum and learning styles to meet student needs.
• Maintains regular communication with parents/guardians via multiple channels.
• Develops and implements ILP for students based on assessment data.
• Delivers weekly Live Lessons in a webinar setting.
• Ensures access to devices, internet connectivity, and learning materials for online instruction.
• Provides grading and descriptive feedback to support student growth.
