Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy is seeking Digital Adjunct Instructional Staff to support K-12 learners through remote, part-time teaching roles. The position focuses on making knowledge accessible, developing cognitive skills, and fostering student motivation and leadership.

Compensation is earned only when assigned to a position under the approved pay structure. As a reserve of highly qualified teachers, the role requires a Bachelor’s in Education with a state teaching certification, and a DPS

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Post Bachelors in Education from an accredited college or university.
AZ State Teaching Certificate required; endorsements may be required per area of instruction.
Active AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

Delivers instruction in a specific content area and adapts curriculum to meet student needs.
Maintains communication with parents/guardians about academic and discipline issues.
Develops, analyzes, and implements ILP for students based on assessment data.
Facilitates weekly Live Lessons in webinar format.
Provides grading and descriptive feedback for student work.
Uses instructional technology tools in online courses.
