Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy invites qualified candidates to join its Digital Adjunct Instructional Staff as a remote, part-time educator. The role centers on delivering content virtually, developing Individual Learning Plans (ILP), and fostering student motivation and self-esteem.

Instructors may start immediately and compensation follows the approved pay structure. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Education with AZ teaching credentials and DPS clearance, plus experience with digital tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Post Bachelors in Education from an accredited college or university
State Aligned Teaching Certificate required or equivalents
AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Proven classroom experience and ability to engage students
Experience with online/digital instruction and ILP development

Responsibilities

Delivers instruction in a specific content area and adapts curriculum to meet student needs
Maintains communication with parents/guardians about student progress
Develops ILP for students based on assessments
Ensures instructional hours align with state requirements
Collaborates with school team to support student success
Facilitates weekly Live Lessons in webinars
Provides feedback on student work and progress
