Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy is seeking a Digital Adjunct Instructional Staff member to deliver online instruction, develop ILPs, and support student growth. The reserve role supports multiple grades and can start immediately when a position is available.

The position is largely remote, part‑time, and does not include traditional benefits. Compensation is paid monthly per assigned position and varies by student load.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent; AZ teaching certificate preferred.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card or eligibility required.
• Experience teaching or supporting online learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in a content area and adapt methods for online learning.
• Develop ILP plans and monitor student progress with regular feedback.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about academic issues and assessments.
• Facilitate weekly live lessons and ensure access to required devices and connectivity.
