Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director, Solutions Lead - Space Warfighting to drive strategic solution roadmaps across global mission operations, space control, space access, and space energy. You will translate mission challenges into MVPs, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks, guiding senior customer engagements and cross-group collaboration.

You will lead make/buy/partner decisions, mature solutions from concept through pilot, and ensure scalable, repeatable delivery aligned with 12–36

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Operations Research, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 15+ years in solution architecture, space systems engineering, or defense markets.
• 8+ years leading technical teams and matrixed organizations.
• Transform services-based capabilities into repeatable Mission Solutions with reusable artifacts and playbooks.
• Experience defining roadmaps, MVPs, architectures, and maturation paths from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the solutions roadmap across Global Mission Operations, Space Control, Space Access, and Space Energy and Wargaming.
• Serve as senior solution architect with differentiated, executable approaches.
• Align solution development with 12–36 month pipeline priorities and customer demand signals.
• Translate mission challenges into MVPs, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks.
• Lead make/buy/partner recommendations and evaluate capability gaps and investments.
• Integrate catalog capabilities into Mission Solutions and contribute reusable modules.
• Establish governance and maturity criteria from concept to pilot and scalable delivery.
• Collaborate on packaging, pricing, data rights, and partner roles for proposals.
• Develop capability statements, solution briefs, and proposal content for executive engagements.
• Capture lessons learned from pilots and wins to inform future strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and matrixed pursuit or engineering orgs.
