Muon Space is seeking a Legal Intern to support regulatory and commercial work across space, technology, and government contracting. You will work directly with experienced attorneys and regulatory specialists on license conditions, reporting obligations, and export controls.

You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts while contributing to real projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls welcome)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices that track license conditions, reporting obligations, and procedures
• Support the broader Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear written summaries and recommendations
• Assist with additional legal, corporate and regulatory projects as they come up, including filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping
