RGP is seeking an experienced Interim IT Auditor for a remote, 3+ month consulting engagement with a leading fintech/payments company. The role focuses on IT SOX testing, ITGCs, and IT Application Controls to support critical compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT SOX testing including ITGCs and IT Application Controls.
• Strong audit documentation, evidence gathering and remediation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Experience with fintech/payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT SOX testing across ITGCs and IT Application Controls.
• Document results, identify gaps, and support remediation activities.
• Prepare audit workpapers and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with control owners and key stakeholders to obtain evidence.
• Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and testing milestones.
