Once Upon a Farm is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to lead its SOX program, focusing on IT and business process controls across finance and operations. You will own walkthroughs, risk assessments, control documentation, testing, and remediation tracking to maintain robust financial reporting.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, support internal and external audits, and drive improvements in control design and operation.

Qualifications

• Execute SOX program across finance and operations with IT integration.
• Document walkthroughs, risk-control matrices, narratives, and test plans.
• Test controls and report results per PCAOB standards.
• Track remediation efforts and ensure timely closure of deficiencies.
• Assist in annual SOX scoping and risk assessment activities.
