Genetec is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow the company’s business across the southeastern United States, with a strong emphasis on developing and strengthening relationships with channel partners.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will drive regional revenue, develop partner engagement strategies, oversee a team of Account Executives, manage forecasts in CRM, and travel up to 75% to Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Florida.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in Security Industry preferably with VMS, Access Control or PSIM system.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead regional partner teams and drive revenue.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Experience in complex security sales environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
