Vetcove is hiring a Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across the US. You will own sourcing strategies, partner with leadership, and drive a scalable hiring pipeline to fill critical roles. The role emphasizes a world-class candidate experience and data-driven recruiting.

You'll work with a small, focused team in a fully remote environment, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools to optimize processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments and building recruiting pipelines.
• Strong communication and ability to partner with executives and hiring managers.
• Proficient with ATS and technical sourcing tools; highly analytical and adaptable.

We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at Vetcove. You’ll be the engine driving our recruiting and sourcing strategy — from uncovering hard-to-find candidates to guiding them through the process and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership, the cofounders, and hiring managers to build an effective and scalable hiring pipeline. You’ll lead sourcing initiatives, refine recruiting processes, and work with a small but mighty team focused on filling our most critical roles.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
• Champion the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market

You Should Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $70,000/year - $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $70,000 - $125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
