Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• 5+ years in a dedicated sourcing role supporting government contracts.
• Experience using CRM platforms to build and nurture pipelines.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for complex, high-volume roles.
• Advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, outreach, and networking on professional platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles across Serco's business areas.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via networks, social media, search engines, job boards, and talent communities.
• Build pipelines using Boolean search, candidate research, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and plan sourcing strategies.
• conduct outreach to evaluate fit and engagement; maintain accurate candidate records.
• Maintain diverse talent pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Develop personalized outreach communicating Serco's opportunities, mission, and EVP.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics using recruiting tools and reports.
