Job summary

Serco is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-quality talent supporting Serco’s programs. The role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, market research, talent mapping, and pipeline development, especially for government contracts.

You will develop targeted search strategies, engage passive candidates, and create meaningful outreach highlighting Serco’s mission, culture, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a dedicated sourcing role supporting government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via networks, social media, and job boards.
• Use Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to build pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand requirements and plan sourcing.
• Conduct outreach and qualify candidates for fit and availability.
• Maintain diverse pipelines for current and future openings.
• Create personalized candidate outreach communicating Serco’s opportunities and values.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics using recruiting tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and related platforms.
• Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations to leadership.
• Support sourcing for cleared, tech, professional, and veteran populations.
• Represent Serco professionally with a positive candidate experience.
• Stay current on sourcing tech and labor market trends.
