Job summary

WNS Denali, Powered by the Smart Cube is seeking a Source to Contract Associate who will handle client sourcing projects from start to finish, including RFx development, supplier communication, and bid analysis. This remote role emphasizes strong negotiation and project management skills in a SaaS/tech procurement context.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of procurement experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with eSourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience with software contracts and SaaS licensing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–12 sourcing projects from start to finish.
• Validate requirements and prepare RFx packages for bidding.
• Lead supplier evaluations and bid analysis for decisions.
• Publish, manage, and negotiate in software/tech deals.
• Support process improvement and template customization.
