Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a Remote Source Document Manager to lead and optimize source documentation across multiple sites. The role is remote with travel up to 50% and a focus on SOP maintenance, staff training, and process improvements.

The candidate will coordinate with HR and site teams to ensure high-quality, compliant source documents. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research and 3+ years building study source documents, with strong eSource experience and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical research.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building study source documents.
• Must have extensive eSource system experience (RealTime eSOURCE preferred).
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and internet-based applications.
• Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and on a team.
• Must be able to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead source documentation management as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit and interview new regional Source Creation Specialists.
• Maintain the source creation SOP and process for the team and sites.
• Train Source Creation Specialists to build, review, and maintain study source.
• Create tools and guidance to track and manage workload.
• Drive implementation of the eSource system at newly acquired sites.
• Attend site integration meetings to provide status updates and follow-up actions.
• Train site staff and investigators to update study source and enter data.
• Create training materials and tools to ensure consistency; maintain training library.
• Manage regional Source Creation Specialists to ensure process consistency across sites.
