Job summary

Clinical Ink is seeking an eSource Developer III to join our Study Operations team, working remotely across the United States. You will design and build electronic source documents aligned with protocol requirements and ensure quality, consistency, and usability.

You will mentor team members, adhere to coding standards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain efficient, standards-based workflows in a fast-paced, quality-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years in a full-time programming role.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and C#.

Responsibilities

• Program and review logic throughout the build process to ensure specifications meet user needs.
• Create, modify, and maintain electronic source documents based on protocol specifications.
• Review and implement coding standards for consistent workflow across the team.
• Train and mentor new eSource Development team members and track training progress.
• Apply version control to maintain document integrity and history.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Study Build on timelines and changes.
• Provide technical assistance with problem solving for tickets.
