Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a remote Source Document Manager. This role leads all aspects of source documentation, coordinates recruitment, and maintains SOPs to ensure high-quality data across study sites.

You will train specialists, implement eSource systems at new sites, and monitor progress with leadership. Requires 5+ years in clinical research and strong MS Office skills. Remote work with up to 50% travel and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with 3+ years building study source documents.
• Extensive eSource system experience (RealTime eSOURCE preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and internet apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead source documentation management as SME for Flourish Research.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit and interview new regional Source Creation Specialists.
• Maintain and improve the source creation SOP and processes.
• Train and mentor staff to build, review, and maintain study source documents.
• Drive implementation of the eSource system at sites and provide updates.
