Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Solution Implementation Lead in the United States to own end-to-end execution of new connected medical device and digital health solutions, with a primary focus on the respiratory service line. You will partner with Strategic Solutions Leads to shape and deliver offerings aligned to strategy, from concept through Business Go-Live and scalable study deployment.

Responsibilities span cross-functional leadership, regulatory considerations, validation, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital health and regulated clinical environments clearly shown on resume.
• Strong understanding of regulatory considerations and validation approaches.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, QA, regulatory, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution from business case through Business Go-Live.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across Engineering, IT, Validation, QA, Regulatory, Data Management, Operations, and Vendors.
• Ensure solution readiness, documentation, training, and escalation pathways; manage risks and dependencies.
• Transfer ownership at Go-Live and provide ongoing escalation support for solution-level issues.
