Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or digital health.
• Demonstrated leadership managing people, operations, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting solution development, commercialization, and delivery.
• Excellent technical aptitude related to systems, platforms, integrations, and device workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution from business case to Business Go-Live with accountability.
• Develop and manage startup plan with milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Lead cross‑functional orchestration across Engineering, IT, Validation, QA, Regulatory, Data Management, and Operations.
• Ensure solution readiness and regulatory/compliance alignment throughout the lifecycle.
