Job summary

InOutsource is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support implementations of the Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite. You will translate client requirements into real-world solutions, design workflows, map data, and guide clients through design, testing, and deployment in a remote, nationwide role.

You will work with clients and internal teams to document recommendations, meet deadlines, and mentor by our delivery methodology. This is a remote position, based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intapp software.
• Ability to make independent, solution-focused decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of relational database design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and map them to Intapp OnePlace workflows.
• Lead or participate in client communications and project coordination.
• Support data mapping sessions with clients.
• Design automated workflow processes, forms, and notifications.
• Develop, test, and document workflow processes.
• Maintain task lists and decision logs.
• Participate in vendor-led training and development.
• Present updates in client meetings and status reviews.
• Collaborate with InOutsource project managers and team members.
• Contribute to reuse of templates and methodologies.
