Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation management, integration engineering, or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance products.
• Partner with clients during onboarding, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Analyze customer requirements from technical and functional perspectives to design scalable integration architectures.
• Develop deep understanding of customer challenges to recommend aligned solutions.
• Manage projects from planning to delivery, tracking timelines and risks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and integration guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve integration challenges and support deployments.
• Provide product feedback based on customer needs and recurring issues.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and workflows.
