Job summary

The Splunk Agent Observability Solutions Engineering team at Cisco powers the enterprise adoption of next-generation Generative AI evaluation, automated guardrails, and real-time runtime telemetry. We collaborate with Global 2000 enterprises to scale autonomous multi-agent systems and mission-critical LLM applications.

Lead technical discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and own PoCs to accelerate sales cycles while partnering with Cisco and Splunk Product teams to shape future AI

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing tech consulting in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Experience or knowledge building, deploying, or architecting agentic orchestration workflows.
• Familiar with GenAI architectures including RAG, tool calling, multi-agent coordination and safety guardrails.
• 2+ years scoping and executing PoCs tied to business outcomes and technical champions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging CTOs and VPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architectural alignment with enterprise AI leaders to evaluate GenAI stacks.
• Deliver demonstrations and reference architectures for real-time benchmarking and multi-agent evaluation.
• Own PoC scoping, milestones, and execution to secure definitive technical wins and accelerate sales cycles.
• Bridge enterprise field engagements with Cisco/Splunk Product and Engineering teams to guide roadmap priorities.
