Job summary

New Law Business Model (NLBM) is seeking a Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the technology powering Accelerator. You will own complex technical issues, guiding members with clear, compassionate instruction through Loom or calls, while collaborating with partners to ensure successful resolutions.

You will manage GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Asana environments, review workflows, and investigate APIs, domains, and data mappings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin of GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
• Understanding of workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
• Clear communicator, patient teacher, and client advocate.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own complex troubleshooting from discovery to resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Explain technical concepts clearly via Loom, email, or calls.
• Administer and support Accelerator tech across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana.
• Investigate deliverability, domains, DNS, and integrations; document results.
