INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with our custom manufacturing customers. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales engagements, tailor demonstrations, and translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Remote first across North America with travel to events as needed. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs inform roadmaps, and you will help prospects understand how our CAD/CAM-driven

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related systems
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions
• Experience presenting tailored product demonstrations to prospects and customers

• Lead technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close
• Deliver tailored product demos of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and events
