INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and serve as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers. This fully remote role collaborates with Sales to bring CAD/CAM-driven manufacturing to life for prospects and customers across North America.

You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, lead tailored demos, support validations, and guide engineer-to-order environments.

Formación

• Background in the architectural millwork, cabinetry, or similar manufacturing strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset: you ask the right questions and connect it to a practical solution.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Refine demo environments, including libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs.
