Kratos Growth is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to own the first-ever client product build from brief to signed-off deliverable. You will coordinate with Client Success, Data Sourcing, Data Engineering and Visualization to bring the product to life, with hands-on data work and QA.

You will manage 2-4 Digital Analysts and contractors, ensure feasibility, and balance templated vs bespoke delivery. Remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on with digital data sources (social listening, search keyword data, ratings & reviews).
• Write and maintain production Boolean queries in major tools within the last 2 years.
• Build search keyword lists from scratch with de-noising and bucketing.
• MDM/taxonomy work across product/brand taxonomy and category attributes.
• Background in consumer insights from agencies or client-side teams.
• Strong Excel skills: large data files, pivots and lookups.
• Ability to design and run the process; balance templated vs bespoke work.
• Experience with multi-market setups and non-Latin-script QA requirements.
• Familiarity with CPG/FMCG categories and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience in smaller companies or rewriting delivery processes.

Responsabilidades

• Create, accept or reject briefs and interrogate scope with Client Success.
• Design data configuration and translate into concrete data-gathering requirements.
• Run the build end-to-end, directing 2-4 analysts and contractors.
• Run 4-6 concurrent setups, 3-5 weeks each (6-8 for complex multi-market builds).
• Write and test Boolean queries, build keyword lists, and perform QA against briefs.
• Sign-off on outputs and hand over to monthly refresh with docs.
