Job summary

Descartes is hiring a Solutions Consultant to support existing customers using Descartes Sellercloud and Peoplevox. You will manage a portfolio of clients, align across Descartes products, and act as the subject-matter expert for ecommerce processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retention and uncover expansion opportunities. In this remote role, you will educate customers on platform capabilities, conduct business reviews, monitor Customer Health and NPS, and

Qualifications

Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication.
Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and direct-to-consumer fulfilment workflows.
Data-driven mindset to evaluate churn risks and product gaps.
Experience engaging with all levels from business owners to executives.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure alignment across Descartes products.
Act as product and e-commerce domain expert, investigate issues and communicate feedback to Product Management.
Educate customers on platform usage and conduct business reviews to drive Customer Health and NPS.
Handle first-stage escalations and own complex escalated cases end-to-end.
Identify best practices for using Descartes products and tailor configurations to client needs.
