Job summary

Sapio Sciences is seeking a highly motivated Solution Consultant to join a growing team. Based in the United States and working remotely, you will support opportunities worldwide in the Life Sciences market.

You will leverage deep knowledge of LIMS/ELN and our platform to qualify technical opportunities, create compelling demos, and coordinate with sales and customer success to deliver outcomes for scientists and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

BS/BA in a scientific discipline (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics).
Experience selling or implementing scientific information technology solutions.
Experience as a SaaS Solution Consultant or equivalent technical sales role.
Previous experience with LIMS or ELN software.
Comfortable presenting the company to scientists and IT audiences.
Experience identifying client needs and positioning solutions.

Responsibilities

Qualify deals from a technical perspective and advance the sales cycle.
Communicate Sapio Sciences' technical value proposition clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with account executives to win life sciences customers by demonstrating value.
Maintain expert understanding of Sapio's product set and roadmap.
Create and maintain demos and scripts tailored for life science segments.
Demonstrate Sapio Science solutions to customers and prospects.
Translate prospect goals into actionable requirements for deployment.
Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation.
Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handover of requirements.
