Job summary

BELAY, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant - Assistant Solutions to drive new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting. You will manage leads end-to-end, collaborate with marketing, and close net new contracts while representing BELAY’s mission.

The role is remote-first within the U.S., reports to the Sales Manager, and includes commissions contributing to an OTE of up to $132,000 annually. Strong CRM discipline and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of sales or related experience.
• Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients.
• Must be a driven self-starter with autonomy to work remotely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner.
• Meet monthly net new client contract quotas (inbound/prospecting).
• Manage daily prospecting of old leads, referrals, partnerships, and BELAY database.
• Respond to incoming leads with urgency and professionalism and manage lead-to-close.
• Document sales efforts in CRM from start to finish.
