Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote US-based position. You will lead deployment of CAD, Mobile Apps, and Records Management Systems, guiding projects from Sales to Service with direct customer interaction and collaboration with project management.

The role requires 4+ years in systems integration or related fields, strong networking knowledge, and willingness to travel. CJIS security compliance is essential, with a base salary range of $95,000–$105,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus engineering/tech experience.
• 4+ years in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, or related areas.
• Experience with public safety environments is preferred.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit customer requirements and communicate technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understand Public Safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within the context of defined products and interfaces; maintain standardization.
• Install, Integrate, Deploy, and Deliver defined solutions for clients.
• Track billable hours and communicate project status; train team members as needed.
