Job summary

Celestica seeks a Customer Systems Architect to bridge enterprise/hyperscale clients and our modular data center platforms. You will lead deep-dive technical discovery, capture complex requirements, and translate them into standardized design boundaries.

In a remote, high-visibility role, you will guide CTO vs ETO decisions, draft conceptual layouts and power/thermal architectures, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and engineering teams to enable rapid, pre-engineered configurations.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-disciplinary technical workshops with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise engineering teams.
• Define interface boundaries between customer infrastructure and modular systems.
• Produce rigorous layouts, system block diagrams, and multi-MW power flow architectures.

Responsibilities

• Translate validated customer requirements into design inputs for engineering teams (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls).
• Collaborate with BIM/space planners for routing, NEC/OSHA compliance, and anchoring designs.
• Support product validation, factory acceptance testing, and initial site commissioning; escalate design variances as needed.
• Document recurring customizations and emerging trends to influence the product roadmap.
