Job summary

Celestica seeks a high-visibility Customer Systems Architect to bridge enterprise/hyperscale clients and internal product teams. You will lead workshops, capture requirements, and shape interface specs for scalable modular data-center solutions.

You will translate site needs into standardized CTO configurations while assessing risks, costs, and regulatory considerations. This role spans Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls engineering, ensuring a seamless Factory-to-Site handoff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a high-touch, technically demanding, customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience negotiating complex engineering trade-offs with hyperscale or Tier III/IV providers.
• Proven ability to convert customer site requirements into manufactured products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and capture customer requirements, translating them into interface specs.
• Advise on standard CTO configurations and govern design boundaries to minimize bespoke work.
• Translate validated requirements into design inputs for engineering teams (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls).
• Provide market-driven feedback to influence the product roadmap and stay ahead of competition.
