Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Solutions Architect, Integrations to own end-to-end implementations for fraud and compliance products. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable, practical solutions using Sardine’s platform.

You’ll manage projects, APIs, SDKs, and documentation, while communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This remote-first role supports US/Canada markets and offers equity alongside cash

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation/integrations roles.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS (payments/fraud/risk/compliance).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end onboarding support for clients.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze client requirements to design scalable solutions using Sardine’s platform.
• Manage projects, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Translate client problems into practical Sardine solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal teams.
