Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of OSI layers 2–4 and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS).
• Familiarity with internet-scale applications and related technologies (HTTP, databases, caching, distributed systems).
• Independence, motivation, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advanced GUI development.
• Intermediate understanding of networking.
• Intermediate understanding of application design.
• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks; develop strategies to acquire high-value data from the wire.
• Profile industry-specific applications across verticals; create technical assets to support product improvement and marketing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of high-profile technology problems and advise customers on resolution.
• Develop customized data analysis to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time.
• Create rich data visualizations to aid investigations and strategic objectives.
• Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time building solutions.
• Hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel.
