Job summary

ExtraHop is building a team of Solutions Architects to tackle complex, cross- vertical customer challenges. You will work on GUI and script development, REST API integrations, and data analysis to derive actionable insights from network data.

As part of Solutions Architecture, you will analyze customer networks, build pipelines, and deliver technical assets and collateral to support product improvements and marketing. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• BS degree or equivalent required
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of networking principles (OSI layers 2–4) and common protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Excellent written communication and self-motivation to own practice

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced GUI components and scripts for the ExtraHop platform
• Create and maintain advanced Trigger Script development and REST API integrations
• Understand customer networks and applications; design data collection strategies
• Analyze topologies and build data assets to support product improvement
• Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs
• Produce real-time data visualizations for investigations and strategic aims
• Perform root-cause analysis and advise customers on resolutions
• Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes
• Conduct hands-on learning sessions with customer personnel
