Pueo Business Solutions LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the development of integrated, compliant solutions for capture and proposal efforts. You will shape technical and staffing approaches, craft artifact narratives, and align with customer architectural directions.

You will work with delivery teams, participate in reviews, and drive solution iterations to ensure timely, executable outcomes across proposal volumes.

Formación

• 8 years of IT/cybersecurity/cloud experience with related technical discipline.
• 4 years as Solution Architect supporting capture, proposal development, or technical solutioning.
• Certification in a relevant technical, management, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT service discipline.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and high-level architecture concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Agile, and IT service delivery best practices.
• Experience communicating complex tech concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight capture deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide early capture support to shape acquisition strategy and requirements.
• Develop the integrated solution including technical approach, staffing, and BOM inputs.
• Collaborate with domain experts to design compliant, compelling solutions.
• Maintain solution artifacts for capture and proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate blue team reviews and solution iteration workshops.
• Lead development and delivery of proposal artifacts with quality and compliance.
• Identify improvements and technical discriminators to strengthen proposals.
• Support growth by identifying innovations for future captures.
