Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 5+ years as technical lead or solutions/enterprise architect.
• 5 years supporting Enterprise customers or Carrier Companies serving Enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of telecom and IT infrastructure business.
• Experience with telemetry for cybersecurity or IT/Software performance, behavior and UX.
• Knowledge of data transport services: IP, MPLS, Ethernet, OTN, DWDM, SDWAN.
• Knowledge of SDN, NFV, Cloud, DevOps, SecDevOps; strong writing and proposal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical responses to customer RFPs and develop innovative solutions across business units.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture of total enterprise solutions and services.
• Develop customer technology solutions using industry products and best practices.
• Coordinate transitions to new network/telecom design solutions.
• Provide technical direction for network and telecommunications infrastructure activities.
• Develop work breakdown structure and effort estimates for opportunities.
