Job summary

Mesh Connect is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customer implementations from signed contract to live and scaling. You’ll be the technical expert on our APIs and SDKs, designing strategies, mentoring teams, and building playbooks that accelerate adoption.

You will work with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Support to ensure fast time-to-value, while staying current on crypto/fintech trends. This role is remote within the United States with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.
• Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations.
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value.
• Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience.
• Guide customer engineering teams on API/SDK best practices to scale rollouts.
