Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT including 2 years in a senior role.
• 4+ years’ experience integrating ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience Global Ecommerce (SAP Commerce preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience consumer-facing omni-channel technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and map business processes to technology solutions.
• Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for business areas.
• Benchmark industry practices and develop scalable architecture strategies.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams to assess technical debt and opportunities.
• Participate in portfolio intake and prioritization to inform roadmaps.
