Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable digital engagement architectures across content, commerce, data, and AI. You will align strategy with engineering to deliver next-generation experiences for global brands.

You will collaborate with design and AI teams and mentor delivery squads while shaping the architectural direction of a global practice. Remote work from Georgia is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience with at least one DXP or commerce system (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, SAP, Salesforce).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API-focused solutions.
• Knowledge of AI, security, privacy and regulatory standards.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable architectures.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with composable architectures and MACH trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CMOs/CTOs to turn goals into scalable architectures.
• Define strategy for composable DXP, headless commerce, and MACH stacks.
• Create reference architectures and blueprints guiding investments.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance across platforms.
• Mentor delivery teams to preserve architectural integrity.
• Partner with design, strategy and data science for human-centered solutions.
• Embed AI-native strategies into digital experiences.
